Could be an all-over ground color or base fabric. Could also be a metallic accent in a print. Shine is showing up in a big way on the runways, for a few seasons now. Seeing this trend evolve to be part of everyday styling. Not just saved for a special occasion and with this appearing more prevalently - shine doesn’t seem to be as bold or as much of a statement. Rather shine is seen as another color. All different shine, silver, gold and tints in between.
